You are granted a temporary, non-exclusive license to download one copy of the materials from the Daman Game Club website for personal, non-commercial, and temporary viewing only. This license does not represent a transfer of ownership. Under this license, you are prohibited from:
- Modifying or copying the materials;
- Using the materials for any commercial purpose or public display;
- Attempting to reverse-engineer any software on the Daman Games App website;
- Removing any copyright or proprietary notices from the materials;
- Transferring the materials to another person or “mirroring” them on any other server.
Daman Game Club reserves the right to revoke this license at any time if you violate any of these terms. Upon termination, your right to access the materials will end, and you must delete or destroy any downloaded content—whether in digital or printed form.
